Sales Training Program Development: Shelley began her medical device sales career at US Surgical, known for it's world class training program. Throughout the 9 years while she worked at US Surgical Shelley developed numerous training programs including one for US Surgical's $250K breast biopsy system. During the launch, she managed the development of a world-class training program for over 800 sales representatives and 400 surgeons worldwide. Her training programs start with study material sent to the reps prior to arrival, lectures, breakout sessions and exams.
